Interdisciplinary
The blend of disciplinary areas, such as the humanities, socio-economics and technologies, is the hallmark of USI in both teaching and research.
This approach has two advantages for our students: it enables all-round learning, encouraging a flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to different working situations, and a keen understanding of current events, whether international, national or local. This interdisciplinary approach also helps researchers to investigate all facets of their studies, and therefore offer contributions, ideas, and a spark of innovation to many different disciplines.
